Astella Eden provides inner work facilitation, Gentle Bio Energetics, Reiki, and related holistic support services. Our services are intended to complement, not replace, professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health conditions.
3. Booking and Cancellation
Sessions are booked by appointment. We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to the full session fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions with reasonable notice.
4. Fees and Payment
All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of booking or as agreed upon. We reserve the right to adjust our fees with reasonable notice. Special rates may apply for certain client groups as indicated on our website.
5. Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions is treated with the utmost confidentiality. We will not disclose any personal or session-related information to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law or where there is an immediate risk of harm to yourself or others.

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to provide the highest quality of support, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results. Each individual's experience is unique, and results may vary. You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in our services and accept full responsibility for your own well-being.
